**Requirements**:- Knowledge in Microsoft Office- Preferable language: English, Malay, Mandarin- Experienced in SQL Accounting System is added advantage.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and issue purchase order- Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and etc.- Perform data entry duties- Sourcing and negotiation with supplier pricing and lead time.- Responsible for evaluating, assessing and selecting vendors based on capabilities, performance and consistent quality.- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.- To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.**Benefits**:Annual Leave, Five days work, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB,
