-Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads.
-Client Outreach: -Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
-Present the company's products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
-Sales Conversion: -Build and maintain relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
-Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.
-Strategy Implementation: -Execute client acquisition strategies developed by the sales or marketing team.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
-Relationship Management: -Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Skills and Qualifications: -Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT or a related field.
-For Executive position, 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
-For Associate position, fresh graduates or other entry-level candidates with strong potential are encourage to apply.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and an outgoing character.
-Proficiency in CRM tools will add advantage.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Knowledge of the parking industry and property market is a plus.
