Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client Relations Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) Reporting to: SEA Regional Manager
Responsibilities: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners and organic clients in the assigned country or regionProactively engage with trading professionals across various platforms to expand client base and partnershipsIdentify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance visibility and promote company products effectivelyFocus on client onboarding and ensuring a seamless user experience for all clientsPromote partnerships based on existing rebate structures and maintain strong relationships with partnersAdhere to regulatory policies and ethical standards diligentlyAssist in the monitoring of affiliates and partners on a regular basis to optimize their activities and performance and work to ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met Candidate profile: Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experienceBachelors degree in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplinesFluent English and Upper-Intermediate Malay & ChineseClient focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skillsA team player with excellent communication skillsDynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeedAbility to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude The offer: Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadershipContinuous personal development, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leadersCompetitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemesVibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrationsCorporate parking (claimable if a slot is unavailable)Additional days for annual leave and medical visits The application process will be handled directly by the client and include: Initial Interview with People Function (45 minutes to 1 hour): An opportunity to evaluate your alignment with our company culture and values.Final Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes to 1 hour): A discussion to assess your fit for the role and the team.
