Clinic Assistant

Greet patients and check them in.- Responsible as receptionist- Monitor patients from the entering the room, during treatment and after the surgery- Write patient notes efficiently and correctly as dictated by the Dentist- Mix and prepare materials- Serve as an assistant to the Dentist during treatment- Provide the Dentist with the correct instruments and equipment- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.REQUIREMENT- Ability to record, monitor, and report a patient's condition to professional personnel.- Advanced record-keeping abilities and proficiency in related software.- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.- Can communicate and understand English and Malay- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Have license and own transportation.- Can training at Station 18 branch for one month before allocate to other branchLocation: LS DENTAL (KLEBANG)**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Clinical Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
