About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clinic Clerk to join our dynamic team at the Hanitha Physiotherapy Centre in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
As a Clinic Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our physiotherapy clinic.
This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a positive first impression
Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including follow-ups and rescheduling
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical charts
Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Processing insurance claims and managing patient billing and payments
Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the clinic's administrative systems and procedures
Providing general administrative support to the physiotherapy team as needed
What we're looking for
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems
Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical office environment is highly desirable
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
