Job Description
As a Clinic Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing patient satisfaction, optimizing clinic performance, and aligning operations with the organization's goals for growth and excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor clinic day-to-day operations.
Supervise the clinic's consultant/nurse.
Remind appointments, closely follow up, assist clients, and collaborate with doctors on action plans to achieve desired results.
Manage client appointments via the provided system.
Achieve sales targets personally and with the team.
Ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience.
Handle cash collection and payment to the company.
Submit sales reports and ensure all reports are up-to-date daily.
Check stocks and ensure the clinic has sufficient inventory.
Ensure clinic utilities (e.g., water and electricity) and medical devices work well.
Verify the team's commission.
Assist the Doctor in management and training.Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven experience in sales management.
Service-oriented and well-groomed.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Bioscience or medical knowledge or experience in the wellness/healthcare industry is a plus.
