reviewing all PT agreement form and ensuring all PT agreement forms must be filed and
safekeep in the office
weekly 1 on 1 meeting with Head Personal Trainer with complete documentation
monthly 1 on 1 meeting with Personal Trainer with complete documentation
strict compliance of staff standard uniform standard and set schedule if there is any

1.Daily completion of club walk thru checklist
ensuring overall club cleanliness
update Maintenance report and able to detect defects
all repairs and maintenance issue to be addressed within 48 hours and needs to be fixed
within 30 days

2. Control and maintenance of club supplies
Inventory of club supplies
Control usage of club supplies

- – janitorial and office supplies.
Ensuring efficient use of electricity and water.

Set duty hours per staff based on contracted hours
