Job Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the club's day-to-day operations.
Set performance goals and ensure sales targets are met.
Prepare and monitor capital expenditure needs, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor the budget, organize internal resources, and recommend solutions to increase productivity.
Train staff, conduct planning sessions, prepare performance reports, and hold weekly meetings to design strategies for achieving club objectives.
Actively promote and maintain superior customer service standards in line with club and company standards.
Make recommendations to management regarding machine moves, configurations, game adjustments, and new game availability to maximize slot machine floor profitability.
Qualifications Required:Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations or any other related fields.
Preferred experience in the Gaming and Recreation industry, particularly with gaming machines.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in hospitality or related sales-driven industries.
Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
Candidates must be under 45 years of age.
Willingness to work on a shift basis.
Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.
A strong drive to achieve sales targets and a high level of motivation.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and a keen understanding of business operations.
Strong leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively.
High ethical standards and a reputation for being reliable and honest.
