Cnc Machinist

Responsibilities:
• To perform products manufacturing according to customer requirements.
• To setup, operate and maintain CNC Turning & Milling/Turning (Auto-Lathe), Centerless Grinding machine to process precision product on given drawing specification.
• Able to generate new program with Fanuc controller for new product.
• To ensure effective NC control, Part identification and traceability in production line
• To decide tooling, Fix and fixture for new product and existing product.
• Responsibility to inform superior on machine and tooling conditions that may cause quality and production capacity issue.
• Provide CNC data information to superior for costing.
• Coordinate with team and other related production lines for smooth operation flow.
• Prepare daily production report and work closely with QC Dept.
• Developing new part sample.
• Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule.
• Adhere to good quality, housekeeping and safety practices.
• Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements:
• Must possesses at least SPM/O-Level certificate.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in CNC Machining, CNC programming, Mastercam and Fanuc Controller.
• Able to understand work instruction and able to understand engineering requirement.
• Able to solve simple mathematics calculation.
• Familiar with machining operation and technical drawing.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Able to use CAD/CAM software.
• Basic literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
