JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced with CNC Milling process from programming and define setup process. Plan and complete machining programme within the required timelines, ensuring adherence to product specification. To be proactively aware of work load and plan tooling requirements for future jobs ensuring miniumum downtime Analyzed and recommended all cutting tools with the proper speed and feeds for CNC Programs Designed and fabricated tooling and fixtures due to machining requirements Provided set-up sheets and instructions to machinist to operate machine tools Ability to utilise Mastercam software to edit, draws and design complex parts for programming. To directly support the manufacturing teams to improve cycle times and on-time deliveries to the customer

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2-3 years working experience in CNC Milling. Must have a basic understanding of CNC Machining work and tool offsets. Experience in Mastercam Programming & CNC Programming. Able to provide guidance and direction to staff including setting production targets and monitoring performance. Able to work a flexible schedule including overtime Preferable Male only.
