Summary of Responsibilities 1
- Custodian of Marketing Budgets including Media spends & Consumer promotions for entire SEA working closely with Media Head, CMI and Marketing / Brand Managers.
- Ensuring Marketing spends are within plan Budgets and finding suitable optimizing opportunities with adequate controls.
- Process owner for Marketing/ Media spends, ensuring operations within the RB defined governance structure and controls.
- Overseeing the Marketing process like timely PO creation, payment to vendors, Quarterly vendor reconciliations and vendor query management by working closely with Treasury / BSG team and Marketing team.
- Monthly book closure for Marketing spends with proper analysis & reasoning of variations vs Plan/forecast.
- Monthly analyzing Brand/Country P&L and providing insights for interventions, as required.
- Formulate target innovation P&L's in close working with the trade and marketing teams.
- Prepare monthly reports on financial analysis / MIS and drivers including writing insightful commentary. Summary of Responsibilities 2
- Working closely with Brand team in closing the yearly Plan and Forecast for each country with proper details on investments and incremental revenue.
- Provide commercial finance support on specific/ adhoc strategic projects, as required.
- As a Financial Business Partner, you shall provide financial advice and expertise to the Sales & Marketing team and Supply Chain teams, helping them achieve their Business objectives.
- You will help Management assess new Business distribution opportunities and potential operational issues affecting their Business. Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or similar field.
- Qualified Chartered Accountantwith strong academic record
- 3 - 4 years in category finance or FP&A experience with an inclination to commercial finance/ business partnering
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Good ppt expertise and experience in working in JDE/SAP environment
- Ability to build good relationships
- Fluent in English
- Pro-active and solution oriented working attitude
