**JOB DESCRIPTION****Front Desk management**:- Cover front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact.- Ensure a gracious arrival experience and greetings for all members, prospective members and guest of members while maintaining the necessary level of security. To compile members and client feedback on monthly basis.- To ensure all visiting guests are properly sign - in.- Welcoming daily and new members as well as support touring of new members when required and to providing good communication and customer service skills.- Learn the names of members and guests with the goal of building relationships in order to facilitate the sense of Community.- Keep the front desk clean and organized.- Notify members of any food deliveries and couriers.- Answer any questions from members and guests related to the building including way-finding, policies and procedures, community etiquette, etc.**Events and Membership Engagement**- Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members.- Setting up and setting down of meeting rooms and events, including ordering food and beverages- To manage all The Grounds events/ promotion spaces set-up, tear down and follow up processes in accordance to company rules and regulations.- Consistently celebrate members successes and milestones through gift or notes.- Distribute all necessary info to promote the event including Creation and posting of weekly events poster and individual event posters.- Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other.- Know and explain The Grounds policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update members on building issues.- Ensure music levels and activations are appropriate to the daypart and occasion.- Write and send broadcasts relating to building updates.- To support on marketing by update, planning, create and executing new campaign posters new promotion on monthly basis for The Grounds (base on approvals)**Building Operations and Management**:- Ensure that The Grounds is fully operational and processes are running efficiently.- Conduct quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required.- Enforce a level of uncompromising cleanliness to the entire area, and to ensure all cleaning and pantry responsibilities are executed daily to the highest standard- Keep the mailroom organized and clean.- Return to Sender' for unidentified mail and former member mail after 30 days of no-pick up.- Ensure courier parcels have all the correct details for scheduled pick-ups.- Investigate, escalate, and resolve 'lost' packages.- Track, audit, and organize keys collected and distributed.- Manage keycard stock and request new inventory as needed.- Manage check-ins and check-outs for members and Collect keys and key cards upon move-out.**Sales Support**- Support your superior in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and financial performance and process optimization of the location.- Support you superior to plan and execute monthly clients/members engagement and networking event (collaboration, home grown and adhoc.)- Review daily reports and work with team to finalize weekly and monthly reports that outline community and sales progress.- To take part in developing leasing strategies and marketing plans.- Assist in any other matter as and when required by the Management.**Experience & Requirements**- Front Desk and sales experience with understanding of the co-working industries preferred- Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations is a must- Good communicator, and customer service skill with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathise with peoples needs.- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them- Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Ability to develop rapport with all people at all levels is a must.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/02/2024
