In this instant, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for corporate governance and for ensuring the company complies with its obligations under the Companies Act and listing rules in Malaysia. Your new role will involve in providing board support, regulatory compliance and corporate administration.Details of Role & Responsibility The role is full time permanent that will be at the group's corporate head office. As Company Secretarial Executive, you will provide support to the Group Company Secretary and Board of Directors in carrying out corporate secretarial functions. Assist in ensuring all secretarial functions are according to statutory compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and Securities Commission. To manage the company secretarial compliance work for a PLC and its group of companies. Assist in handling corporate secretarial matters and compliance with statutory requirements. Advise the Board of Directors on their corporate and legal responsibilities and matters of corporate governance. Manage Board and shareholders matters such as organising meeting, preparing and circulating board papers, reports,minutes and announcements. To attend board meetings for the group of companies.Candidate profile Candidates who aspire to fill this role must be a pro-active person with positive work attitude. At the same time, candidates must be able to demonstrate some solid strong corporate administration and professioanl interpersonal skills as you will be engaging with senior stakeholders. Successful candidates must be a ICSA graduate (qualified or part qualified) with some relevant experience gained within a Co Sec functions. You must be a pro-active and have a great positive attitude to working under pressure. ICSA qualified/part-qualified. At least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience, ideally in listed environment. Good command of English, both verbal and written. Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
