Job Description Job Summary The incumbent is accountable for the administration of salaries to ensure internal equity, benefits and records of employees and to provide management with update salary information and benefits data to ensure competitiveness.
Responsible to oversee both local and foreign payroll processes, Compensation & Benefits policies, performance management and management reporting in Malaysia, UK and US.
Strong analytical thinking in analyzing number & HR report for various parties and stakeholders

Job Responsibilities
Payroll and Reporting
Drive payroll process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
Oversees all the required payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and the Bank?s remuneration framework, policies and procedures.
Be point of contact to liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOSCO and Income Tax.
Oversees end-to-end process of year-end income tax reporting (EA Form).
Responsible for payroll and ensure all payroll activities are carried out in compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirement such as Data Protection Law and Privacy Act.
Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, other HR functions, Finance and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
Prepare required HR-related reports and analysis for various parties and stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits
Manage and communicate Compensation & Benefits policies, HR manual and HR procedures to employee.
Verify, check and recommend loan applications and administered executive benefits.
Conduct salary and benefits survey on a yearly basis.
Assist strategic business units to implement HR initiatives and improvement of process and procedure.
Manage, prepare, verify and process annual increment and bonus planning for overall company.
Performance Management?????
Facilitate coordination of actionable items and performance tracking for the stakeholders.
Provide support to assess performance levels and benchmarks.
Evaluate and analyze performance management scope to meet semiconductor benchmarks.
Others
Prompt handling of employees? enquiries pertaining to payroll or compensation & benefits-related matters.
Prompt handling both external and internal audit pertaining to?payroll and compensation & benefits-related matters.
Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): compensation and benefits administration, employment act, Fact Based Management, MS Excel.
Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources field.
Compulsory 5 years of extensive working experience in Compensation & Benefits field in manufacturing or large number of employee working environment.
Applicants must be willing to work & relocate in Ipoh, Perak.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
