Job Responsibilities:
To manage daily schedules, operators shifts, and time-off requests To assign duties to employees and oversee their progress and performance Ensure that daily tasks are meeting expectations Follow-up on outstanding issues Conduct issues root cause analysis Conduct training and integrating new operators Provide guidance and feedback to operators when needed Ensure company's policies and rules are followed To be able to handle customers, users and operators complaints Resolve conflicts between operators and/or teams
Job Requirements:
Preferably candidate who has relevant working experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role for at least 5 years and above. Good understanding for IT operations standards especially in Banking and Financial Services industry Comprehensive knowledge of the following such as IBM i(AS400), Windows servers, Linux, ticketing tooling, monitoring tooling Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as extensive long working hours occasionally Ability to stand by during festive seasons and public holidays. Work well within a team and among teams Ability to carry out multitask Leadership and conflict-management skills
