Supervise the concierge area and ensure efficiency and maintain high standards of hospitality and service at all times- to provide professional skills to the guests of the hotels such as information of the hotel, places of interest, and activities, anticipate guests' needs and offer personalized service in order to ensure guest satisfaction- Have a throughout knowledge of check-in and check-out procedures and room type- Be familiar with the hotel's service and hours of operations- Checks all arrivals with airport pick-up requests and arrange Limousine- Ensure the Business Centre and Concierge Desk are kept clean and tidy at all times- Always quote the guest a price before processing with the service- Follow all finance procedures as established by the hotel policy- Follow all Front Office procedures as related to faxes, messages and all inquires- Have a good knowledge on computer skills such as booking/cancelled a flight ticket- Lead and supervise the concierge team to ensure they offer the best service, knowledge and assistance to guests- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and team members**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Parental leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Langkawi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Concierge: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Malay (required)- Mandarin (preferred)
