Conference Assistant – Customer Care

For those who love events, people and numbers. Your job includes:- -Handling daily enquiries-Working with spreadsheets to update registration reports and payments-To reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis-Managing onsite / virtual event registration counter activities-Managing registration using the company software-To liaise with sponsors and exhibitors-To liaise with web development teamIn the future, you will also learn sales and marketing across difference platforms, execute marketing campaigns and assist in exhibitions and sponsorship sales.
-Past working experience as an event coordinator is an advantage-Basic book keeping with LCCI or similar is preferred-Passion for the events industry-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to work independently and within a team-Possess good self-discipline
