Requirements:Our conference sales executive work across broad range of products, covering all industries and geological markets, engaging with senior level decisions makers from the world's largest and innovative institutions. Working as part of team on sales cycle of 6 weeks to 3 months, you will play a critical role in ensuring the commercial success of our events through delegate acquisition. Daily collaboration with key stakeholders of the broader event management team as well as your direct sales team is critical to optimize our commercial returns across each sales cycle. Responsibilities:Working with the conference production team to develop an understanding of the event programme
Researching attendees and generating sales leads
Cold calling and selling to a list of prospective event attendees
Engaging with clients on the phone and developing lasting relationships
Daily management and maintenance of sales records, ensuring they are kept up to date with attendees and details
Working with the marketing department to convert inbound sales enquiries into leads
Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets
Making a high number of calls to meet daily KPIs, set by management
Supporting delegates through the registration process
Lead sourcing using different mediums including Linkedin, Google and competitor events/ publications
Qualifying prospects to ensure they meet the target market profile
Conducting follow up calls
Liaising with senior management, producers, marketing and data team on sales strategy, sales pitches, objection management and target market profiling
Reporting to the Conference Sales Manager with pipeline/forecast
To meet or succeed yearly and monthly revenue targets by selling consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.
To exchange information and give necessary feedback as and when needed by colleagues in different department at the office
To make at least 100 quality calls per day on average over a week the role requires significant time on the phone to contact clients and prospects.
To be able to work extra hours as and when required
To ensure that business conduct reflects an enthusiastic and efficient image of the department
You will be present at certain events and meet clients directly face-to-face

Salario: 1800.00 - 2000.00 MYR Monthly
