Confinement Nanny
Take special care for postpartum mothers and newborn babies at a confinement centre. Duties include bathing and feeding newborn babies on time, ensuring cleanliness of the environment and safety of the newborn babies, as well as attending to newborn babies immediately when necessary.
Note: Cooking and laundry are not required.
For Postpartum Mothers:-
1) Breastfeeding guidance;
2) Personal hygiene care.
For Newborn Babies: -
1) Taking care of babies’ safety;
2) Feeding babies;
3) Monitoring newborn babies’ body temperature, breathing and heart rate, and their sleep;
4) Bathing, massaging and conducting exercises for newborn babies;
5) Monitoring jaundice level;
6) Cleaning and sterilising all necessary newborn supplies.
Requirements:
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years working experienced as confinement nanny
Able to work overnight shifts
Attended child care course (basic certificate or professional certification)
Flexible on language. Candidate with ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
Works independently with only minimal guidance from the parents
Familiar with the behaviors, appearance and general care of the newborn
