As part of Advertising Marketing and Commerce (AMC), you will work with the team to help our clients optimize their Digital Marketing initiatives, leveraging data, technology and marketing strategy.
You will:
Bring Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical & product expertise to deliver best-in-class marketing automation solutions to clients. Be part of dynamic client team that will be responsible for driving marketing automation solutions at a client site. Leading the solution design process with Marketing Cloud including building journeys, writing queries, building data extensions, writing AMPScripts and knowledge of SSJS. Debug campaign automation solutions as well as maintaining and troubleshooting in-flight solutions. Assist in the design of marketing automation programs including triggered sends, automation activities, platform configuration, multi-channel integrations, audience segmentation, and other components needed for marketing campaigns. Partner with project teams to design solutions for cross-platform interaction and create data models with CRM/service platforms to pass engagement data back and forth. Assist with the implement of marketing automation & CRM solutions and provide recommendations that drive results for client campaigns and larger business objectives. Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity. Deliver on multiple initiatives in the same time frame with minimal supervision. Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign execution and/or marketing automation/CRM experience Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX, Visual Force) experience 2+ years developing and integrating Marketing Cloud with different Salesforce applications 2+ years of experience with REST, Salesforce, database and SFTP connectors Preferably to have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist & Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications Experience in implementing marketing automation platforms & integration with CRM/service platforms Experience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe, Oracle, Sprinklr, Google, etc.) Ability to learn fast & work in a face paced, dynamic work environment Good understanding of Web Services (SOAP & REST), XML and JSON formats document schemas Knowledge of AMPScript, SSJS
