You will: Analyze requirements for feasibility within SAP Callidus Commissions module and provide level of effort Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflow teams, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements Minimum 3 years of exp configuring SAP Callidus Commissions module based on design identified including but not limited to: creating or updating rules, formulas, and rule elements Identify test scenarios, execute unit testing, and document results Document migrations and migrate configurations from lower environments to production, by following the company policies and the SAP policies Assist with developing or provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testing Troubleshoot defects/ production issues within SAP Callidus Commissions module and drive to resolution Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers with coding standards and best practices Additional responsibilities may be given as necessary. - Commissions based software Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of enterprise commission systems (Callidus experience required) Strong Technical Skills (intermediate or higher SQL skills and advanced programming, knowledge in Callidus APIs is a plus) Ability to take initiative and is highly motivated to quickly learn the system and business Ability to communicate and work with internal/ external and technical/ non- technical team members Ability to analyze problems and datasets to quickly identify and implement comprehensive solutions to complex problems Ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines Next Steps So what are you waiting for?
