Consumables Sales Manager

Meet and exceed your team targets, including total booked order value and associated margin
Monitor individual and team performance, implementing strategies to exceed goals
Ensure team is generating sales pipeline by meeting outbound sales activity targets including daily phone calls, customer conversations, quote deliveries, and order conversions
Set team direction by developing and executing on data-driven action plans to improve sales performance
Collaborate with manager peers in other regions to share and implement best practices
Forecast sales results, track leading KPIs, and report on results to PerkinElmer leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives
Assess and optimize the territories of sales reps within your team
Manage end-to-end performance of team members to their targets, facilitating performance improvement plans and recruiting/onboarding new talent as needed
Coach sales reps on effective selling techniques and provide practical guidance in live coaching and feedback sessions#J-18808-Ljbffr
