You’ll be part of our Consumer Product team where you’ll provide analytical and strategic support and conducts analysis to create a deep understanding of REA’s audience and consumer. While no two days are ever the same, you’ll be doing:

Audience & Traffic Insights

- Conduct analysis of our consumer/customer experience and identify opportunities for growth including funnel, content and page engagement.
- Provide market/behavioral insights that can support content creation, product and audience acquisition / engagement

- Provide behavior insights for product decision making and further improvement on product usability and on-site experience to enhance the user engagement.

- Segment traffic to understand and optimize user experience and conversion based on source, channel, visitor frequency, tenure, demographics, etc.

Reporting & Benchmarking

- Actively monitor and report on trends and provide analysis around KPI’s, visitor performance, campaigns, and channel performance. Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.
- Assess the effectiveness of the digital products and services to understand the drivers and KPIs

- Perform competitor and market share reporting and analysis
- Support the end to end web tracking and tagging process

- Lead the design, development, implementation, and utilization of product performance metrics and performance reports/dashboards that enable the business to quickly respond to trends

- Work closely with the Analytics & Data teams to ensure consistent views and approach

- Understand our consumer data architecture, identify new data opportunities and best practices.

- Provide deep local level support with regional analytics support and requests on an ad hoc basis.

Product & Marketing Partnership

- Act as business partner to the Product and Marketing teams and proactively develop insights to identify opportunities/issues and to improve our overall experience
- Actively support the analytics, consumer insights, traffic & competitor/market share reporting needs of the Consumer Product and Marketing teams

- Engage and partner with key product stakeholders and assist with the product management/development process
- Perform regular communications/presentations to stakeholders and provide information/insights that help drive site and product optimization, consumer/customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

- Understand our customer’s businesses, consumer’s needs and the marketplace; and use this knowledge in supporting the site design process.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience with a digital / web analytics background.
- Strong understanding of digital industries and products including consumer and customer behavior across devices and platforms.

- Expert knowledge of web analysis tools and methodologies and experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Google suite products like Google Analytics 360 & Google Tag Manager

- Familiarity with optimization tools and approaches for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Optimize, Optimize

- Strong data visualization, modelling and communication skills (both written & verbal) - to present data driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner

- Experience with Data Studio, Tableau and SQL
- A keen eye for detail and excellent analytical capabilities that translate into business outcomes.

- A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from a variety of datasets

- Working productively in a fast paced and agile environment.

- A proactive self-starter. Strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership.
