Content Developer

Job Responsibilities:To support in instructional design of courseware, creation and development of new media contentServe as part of a Content Development Team in the creation of e-Courseware contentsSupport the Content Manager to account, consolidate and sign off all completed workSupport client on the following functions:Use of rapid content authoring toolsCreation of Level 1 or 2 Courseware (e.g. video recording, simple e-Learning courseware, animated Power Point, etc)Making adjustments to existing or approved published contentsProvide support to users and handle daily operational issuesAssist in managing virtual classroom system including classroom recording, interactive touch boards, notebooks, UMPCs and PDAsRequirements:A Diploma holder either in multimedia design, animation, motion graphic, visual effect, interactive design, video production or related qualificationsWork experience in designing and creating e-courseware or e-Learning programmes; Knowledge and application of learning pedagogies and instructional design principles and strategies would be an advantageAble to work closely with subject-matter experts and instructional designers to understand and analyse training requirements and determine the application of instructional mediaGood verbal and writing skills; Proficiency in the English languageMust possess good knowledge of graphic design and technically competent with content authoring tools such as Macromedia Flash or CaptivateHave working knowledge of Adobe CS4 Production Premium, Lectoral 2008/Articulate, Toolbook, Autherware V3.5 onwards, OCR software, etcCreative and self disciplined and motivated; A good team player with strong emphasis on task achievementSingaporean Only
