Content Moderator

Specifically, into reviewing the videos, articles and posts related to legality and the safety of the brand with the standard and rules set by the social media policy- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards- Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community- Display a strong bias doing what's right for our community in supporting social media's mission- Investigate and resolve issues reported on social media such as reports of potentially abusive content- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved- Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support- Participate in additional training courses as required- Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client- Adhere to the policies set by the company**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- 1.
