Content Review Associate - Vietnamese

The Content Review Analyst will implement our clients’ Content moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating content to ensure a safe and fun online environment. The role coordinates with internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market place. Content Review Analyst - Vietnamese Speaking need to be Vietnamese which comes from Vietnamese culture so that applicant knows the culture and dialects well and able to perform the job as expected. Key Accountabilities: The person will be responsible for reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is in violation of our Client’s terms of services. The contents cover Nudity, Hate Speech, Bullying, Self-Harm, Gore and Harassment. Ensure every piece of content in violation of client’s terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner. The objective for the Operations Analyst is to fulfill the base productivity and quality requirements of the client. · Understand client policies and guidelines · Make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures · Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions · Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams
