As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and management of contracts.
You will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Review and Negotiation:
Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities.
Negotiate terms and conditions to optimize commercial outcomes.
Ensure contract compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Contract Administration:
Manage contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination.
Monitor contract performance and identify potential issues.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve contract-related disputes.
Assess and mitigate contract risks.
Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.
Prepare regular reports on contract performance and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships and performance.
Conduct vendor evaluations and selection processes.
Job RequirementsRequirement:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in law, foreign language, management, engineering, international trade, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in contract management, contract administration, contract risk management or a relevant field.
Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and policies of the country's foreign trade and economic cooperation.
Exposure in the Building Construction/Power Transmission/Power Transformation/Energy/Solar Energy/Electrotechnology/Electrical Engineering industry is strongly preferred.
Familiar with market development workflows such as power construction processes, international project information management, bidding management, contract management, etc.
Have a certain understanding of typical contract conditions, risk allocation mechanisms, and various project execution modes.
Have a good sense of confidentiality.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).#J-18808-Ljbffr
