**What's the role?**
This unique position provides an excellent and rare hands-on experience which involves a blend of IT (Information Technology), OT (Operational Technology), and Cybersecurity. The Control System IT (CSIT) Engineer will be involved in PCD Operational delivery within PCD (Process Control Domain) in Shell Malaysia Exploration & Production (SMEP). The role requires direct involvement with Asset Operation and Maintenance.
This role Support PCD Operational delivery in SMEP by delivering specialized control:
+ Responsible to maintain operational up-to-date Device Inventory via manual or automation tool
- SolarWinds SAM (Server and Application Monitor), Windows scripting. Ensure alignment with Logical & Physical drawings.
+ Responsible to maintain up-to-date Malware Protection on PCD systems, onboarding Servers and Workstations to McAfee ePO or Symantec SEPM, and maintain the integrity of its infrastructure
+ Responsible to ensure system Event Monitoring infrastructure (SolarWinds SEM, HPSIM) are working as expected and provides information during troubleshooting and Incident.
+ Responsible to ensure System Backup infrastructure (Acronis) are operating as intended, and onboarding of new systems into backup infrastructure.
+ Provide review on the PCD system and provide recommendations to ensure unused and unsupported applications are removed.
+ Directly responsible to complete routine Preventive Maintenance (Operating System patching, Antivirus updates, System backup, system hardening, and onboarding to other security services) in offshore installations.
+ Responsible to provide system forensic support for Cybersecurity Incident Management to ensure Safe Operation.

**Requirements:**
What we need from you:
+ With at least 4-8 years of relevant experience
+ Certifications in Windows MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent.
+ Skill in Windows scripting, Solarwinds, McAfee Antivirus, and Acronis Backup is a bonus
+ Cybersecurity industry certification such as GIAC GICSP, ISC2 CISSP. Commitment to obtain these certifications is acceptable.
+ Committed to obtaining onshore and offshore safety training and certifications & willingness to pay regular, short-stay visits to offshore facilities.
+ Knowledge of business processes (i.e SAP, MOC, FSR), HSSE processes/cert (JHA, PTW, BOSIET), and IT processes/tool (ServiceNOW, PCAD, SecurePlant).
+ Experience in implementing or support the deployment of Antivirus, System Backup, and Event Monitoring.
+ Experience in operational support or dealing with PCD vendors i.e. DCS, Metering, Electrical, etc.
+ Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for different layers of stakeholder.
+ Typical Years of Experience: 4 years of IT or Engineering experience.
+ Minimum Education or Certification: Bachelor's Degree, IT-related field, or Engineering field.
+ Must be well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
