Description
Mission: Create a transparent picture of the financial situation of the Truck Tire business in Asia-Pacific as a basis for management decisions in regards to break even activities by providing reliable and valuable evaluations about the different options which can lead to a profit for the region APAC TT.
Support the management and other stakeholders on a very high level of entrepreneurial thoughts and discussions.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Monthly Reporting/Forecast
? Ensure efficient process of monthly sales volume FC creation
? Prepare monthly volume FC update and variation analysis
? Organize the monthly FC Meeting with markets, ensure high data quality in reporting and consolidation of market data
Budget
? Ensure proper analysis and consolidation of yearly budget planning for the APAC markets within Truck Tyres
? Support to create the required management reports and presentations
? BUDGET volume plan consolidation and review of deviations and development
Other Analysis & Tasks
? Provide on request ad-hoc analysis independently to Stakeholders
? Participate in regional projects / create business plans if requested
? Support local Marketing & Sales Controllers in Truck Tire related tasks
Projects
? Take over responsibility of the financial / controlling part of Break Even Projects APAC TT
? Be a consultant for the management (inside CVT) and prepare recommendations if appropriate
? Prepare cost comparison, financial impacts of potential improvements and other analysis
? Prepare P&L simulations for different reporting area/ scenarios (incl. decision proposal)
? Prepare presentations for management meetings (incl. decision proposal)
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a CIMA/ CA (Chartered Accountant) /ACCA/ MBA; Accounting Finance, Controlling or equivalent
• Preferred 5 year experience in Controlling with minimum 3 years in Business Controlling/ financial analysis
• Experience or involvement in project management/ transformation implementation an advantage
• Experience in multinational organization preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – English
• Knowledge in SAP CO and FI, WBS Module preferred
