Position: CONVEYANCING CLERK (URGENT)
====================================

Scope of work:
=============
Preparing and handling Sale and Purchase transactions as well as other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection, discharge and etc.Any other work related to conveyancing department assigned by the Firm from time to time. Qualification & Requirements:
=========================
1. Preferable with 2 years and above experience in conveyancing
field/department.
2. Able to work independently.
3. Possess strong analytical thinking.
4. Always up to date on any matters specifically information related to our client's files
5. Good working attitude and communication to runners, all staff and firm's partners.

Working Hours:
=============
-Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)
