To provide assistance to the managing partner of the legal firm
Prepare Sale & Purchase Agreement & Loan Documents
Conduct land search and bankruptcy search
Request letter of undertaking & confirmation
Adjudicate and stamping documents
Advise bank to release loan
Conveyancing candidates should be able to draft Sale and Purchase Agreements and other contracts as well as oversee financing facility documentations without, or with limited, assistance and supervision
To handle SPA, loan and other conveyancing files up until completion.
Committed, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, able to work independently and to meet tight deadlines.
Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage until the completion stage.
Attending to the client, correspondences, preparing a status report and other types of work from time to time.
