Conveyancing Lawyer

About the Company  Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing lawyer to join their team. 
Job Responsibilities To attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate2 to 4 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentationsGood command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.Good communication, strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsPossess good and positive attitudeFollow up with clients and manage cases effectively and result orientedAble to work independently and also as a teamManage time well and able to meet deadlinePossess sense of commitment to job responsibilitiesAble to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantageInterested candidates please email with detailed Resume and to state current and expected salary Remuneration RM 3,500 - RM 7,000 Consultants in Charge Patma Ranee | ******** | ********
