About the Company Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing secretary to join their team. Job Responsibilities  To assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing SPA matter including sub sale and project cases.To assist lawyers in handling all loan documentation for financing and re-financing.All other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements and etc.To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties.Raise payment vouchers and invoices and to follow up on collection in a timely manner.Monitor progress and update clients' files.To undertake any ad-hoc activities from the Management from time to time. Job Requirements  Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate.2-4 years of experience in handling SPA and/or loan documentationsAble to work independently with minimum supervision.Spoken and written English and Bahasa is required. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.Willing to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player.Good working attitude towards job responsibilities and meticulous with details.
