Cook 1 is critical to the success of the Food & Beverage operation as they are the leaders of the line and are critical to the successful delivery of culinary offerings for owners, guests and staff. The Cook 1 is the role model for those cooks looking to grow in their role as they will offer guidance and creative input.

Responsible for consistent quality food items according to guest orders following recipe cards and production, portion and presentation standards.
The Recipe for Success
The Cook 1 must have knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen, have the ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment and a great, can-do attitude. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. A minimum of 5-7 years previous culinary experience is required. A San Diego County Food Handler’s card is required for this role.
