Coordinator, Quality Assurance

Your tasks This position is responsible to ensure all department conformance to ISO9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirement.To conduct ISO9001 QMS training awareness to each program to ensure all operations staff have a knowledge about Schenker Quality StandardTo initiate a comprehensive Internal Quality Audit program in conformance with ISO9001 requirementTo ensure that Company Quality Policy and systems are effectively implementedTo ensure all Standard Operating Procedures/Working Instructions are periodically reviewed to keep current with standard practicesTo perform process verification audit by monthly basis to ensure all programs follows SOP with current practice in daily operation activities.To Conduct refresh training of process flow for each programTo monitor all customer's complaints/temperature report etc.Ensure Corrective Action Report (CAR)/8D Report/Root Cause Analysis etc. are properly investigated, responded and closed by respective department in a timely manner.To Maintain a proper records / register of all controlled documents and its distribution lists internally and externally To monitor and maintain all records of Non Compliance Report (NCR)To send a monthly QA report to Logistics Manager with update QA STatus Log and Continuous Improvement PlanTo perform incoming Process Verification for certain program and send the report to customerTo assists operations and or to initiate a Continuous Quality Improvement in services to our customers Requirements Benefits Employee Insurance Benefits, Professional Development, Total Rewards Package, Work-life Balance, Working Internationally Our offer At DB Schenker, you are part of a global logistics network that connects the world.
