Copywriter / Technical Writer

If you love to write, grab this opportunity to master the workings of the amazing Juris workflow-based software suite and produce user requirements specification (URS) documentation, functional specification design (FSD) documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, training manuals and product specifications that are deliverables for projects and optimize the usage of the software suite.
You will be exposed to business processes and trained in technical areas of the software so that you can transform this information into easy-to-understand material.
You will be an important part of our project and product teams where you not only write on technical information to a technical audience but also transform complex information for a non-technical audience.
You will be working closely with business analysts, software engineers, product managers, and project managers to produce product definition and project-related documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with internal project and product teams to have an in-depth understanding of how the software works and produce the required documentation.
Produce accurate, straightforward yet interesting project documents such as user requirement specifications, functional specifications design, and training manuals.
Review and analyze existing project and product documents and propose improvements and revamping of these documents to be more reader-friendly with a less-is-more approach.
Job RequirementsIf you have working experience in technical writing of software documentation, it's great, but if you don't and yet love to write, we'd love to still meet you!
If you are a copywriter, even better as we can train you to be a technical writer.
When you write, we expect high-quality writing with a high degree of attention to detail, yet not dull monotonous writing.
We will train you, and we ask that you come prepared with an open mindset and rapid learning ability to grasp complex technical concepts and craft elegantly written documents.

If you are familiar with the software development lifecycle and have been in the industry, it's great for us, but if not, we can brief you on these things; it's not that hard.
