Costing Executive - Accounting DepartmentTo study process costing to ensure accuracy of Direct and Indirect cost (whether fixed or variable) for existing products and newly developed products.
To ensure maximum accuracy of costing in all business processes and strategize ways to minimize waste.
Demonstrate a comprehensive and dynamic understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers that triggers a change in process costing by way of observing production and business process flows.
Determine the basis for cost allocation and apportionment of related and relevant expenditure.
Evaluate and control production and business process flow to ensure maximum efficiency, effectiveness and economically (3E) without compromising quality.
To evaluate failure cost in Non-Conformance Record (NCR) issued by various departments.
Assist in monthly and yearly stock take of Inventories and reports of its variance to the related Person in Charge.
Assist in preparing yearly financial budget in relation to the cost planning effectiveness.
Protect organizations value by keeping information confidentially.
Responsibility to ensure compliance to all standards, regulations and practices related to the company such as internal SOPs, cGMP, ISO Standards published by the International Organization for Standardization, Medical Device Regulations, Halal Pharmaceutical Standard MS2424, MS2636 Halal Medical Device Standard and other industry specific manuals and protocols in daily operations.
Responsibility to manage and facilitate the departmental operation needs in terms of physical equipment & tools, manpower and to ensure the departmental budget to be in line with the company's overall budget.
Responsibility to monitor expenses and adhere to the departmental budget.
