Main role is to analyze, debug and provide resolution for customer quality incidence on NXP product using state of the art bench tools and equipment. Develop codes and new test characterization methodology to support the analysis debugs. You will work with multiple teams of engineers from various engineering background and field as to communicate your report analysis and information that will relay the communication back to customer in timely and accurate manner. Your engineering solution will be highly supportive to the Product and Test Engineering group for the product and test quality improvement extensively on Lab Bench activities with focus area in NXP device performance.
Job Description
Electrically Analyze, Debug and Provide Resolution to NXP device quality issues.
Develop Device Under Test Codes in modular C language, debug scripting language on Lauterbach or P&E
Develop NXP microcontroller peripheral and modules application functionality with testability.
Use Lab Bench equipment i.e Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter, Temptronics, Lauterbach , P&E Micro debugger, Evaluation Board, Analogue Board, Microcontroller kit configuration and various lab equipment in NXP.
Adhere to CQC processing flow from reception to closure.
Develop new test methodology, new test technique or process for device test screening.
Literature review on device Data sheet, Reference Manual, electrical specification and various documents.
Write and prepare electrical analysis report for cross team dissemination and sharing.
Collaborated with various engineering teams from Failure Analysis, Customer Quality Engineer, Field Quality Engineer, Field Failure Verification, Product Engineer, Test Engineer locally and globally.
Develop automation bench to support various electrical analysis, new tools under software control management and repository.
Participate in global meetings with different time zone when situation required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Robotics/Mechatronics
C programming, scripting and microcontroller development (or similar) exposure are a must
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

C/C++/C# Programming, Python , Labview, Ni TestStand, IoT, Robotics, Mechatronics, Embedded Application, Edge Processing, Microcontroller Application development, Automation infrastructure, AllegroViewer
Software configuration management
Self-initiated literature review and comfortable with exploring new microcontroller peripherals.
Ability to read schematics and debug and make recommendations.
