We are looking for an enthusiastic Copywriter to join our local marketing team. This role will use creative thinking to find brilliant, eye-opener communication solutions. He/she will develop ideas which are original.
He/she will have a proven track record as a copywriter in advertising agencies. He/she is comfortable and confident in their writing.
He/she will work closely with the local marketing and HQ team. He/she will be part of the creative team in the local marketing team and will work closely with graphic designers and Country Creative Head to bring alive their monthly marketing plan. He/she will be in charge of copy related outputs within marketing; at least 2 video scripts monthly for evergreen and campaigns, campaign line for monthly theme/campaign, and help assist other functions with their creative and short form copy needs. He/she has a keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver the sharpest, creative copy.
What You'll Be Doing?
Together with the local creative team, he/she will develop creative ideas and concepts for monthly marketing plans, and campaigns to help achieve the local marketing team goals.
Write clear, persuasive, original copy that is on-brand.
In charge of the creative copywriting in local teams; campaign lines, short form catchy copies for OOH or any other project needed.
Video scripts for evergreen videos and/or campaigns.
Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar.
Assist other team members (Social media specialists, CRM specialists, etc) with their creative and short form copywriting needs.
Amending, revising campaigns in response to feedback from internal.
What We Are Looking For?
BA or BSc Degree with focus on communication, advertising, and/or marketing.
At least 2 years experience minimum in a Copywriter role in advertising agencies.
Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in copywriting and campaigns.
Ability to work in conceptual thinking, wide knowledge, creative in making up new ideas.
Valued for writing flexibility, conceptual/visual thinking.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a good time management.
Fluency in written and spoken English and the local language (Indonesian, Bahasa Melayu or Thai).
Well-organized and detail oriented – mandatory.
