Duties & Responsibilities

Summary ofMain Duties and Responsibilities:
To conceptualize, design & produce visually for brochures, packaging,POP, Print ad, Animated Videos and all sort of advertising materials, both ATL& BTL. Carry out ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Company fromtime to time. Able to think out of the box, express creatively accustomed tohigh demands and changing requests.
Internalcommunications
Ensure the designs aligned with the Company branding guidelinesand marketing strategy.
Reporting andEvaluation
Review andanalyse coverage generated and use evaluation results to provide insight forthe on-going development of the creative materials. Ensure allcreative materials can delivery on time and to budget. preparing timelines andkeeping records for budgetary control.

Mandatories
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate,Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia orequivalent Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Willingness to travel Able to work late hours and weekends if required Interest in retail marketing Preferably graphic designer specializing in Arts/Creative/GraphicsDesign or equivalent and in an agency or in-house. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field isrequired for this position. Able to start work immediately.
Desirable
Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a must. Knowledge of Video Editing or 3D is an added advantage.
Other
Be prepared to work as part of a team and assist to carry out otherduties during periods of high workload, illness, holidays and emergencies. This is an outline Job Description and employees are expected toundertake other duties as directed.
