Credit Control Executive

Job Description 1. Follow up overdue payments via telephone and email 2. Resolving customer queries and issues 3. Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments 4. Negotiating re-payment plans 5. Regular review and maintaining a list of client’s collection behavior and credit worthiness 6. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices 7. Reviewing credit applications and references 8. Reconciliation of payments to customer’s accounts 9. Highlighting problem customers to management 10. Assisting the broader accounts team with ad hoc tasks 11. Establish good relationship with clients and negotiating settlements to ensure payments are settled Job requirement 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent . 2. 1 to 2 years working experience in credit control
