Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit a CRM Assistant Manager.

Building a data-driven customer strategy to achieve:
Growth of active member base via retention, recruitment and reactivation
Engagement with Sephora Beauty Pass loyalty program
Customer experience metrics e.g. Net Promoter Score

Partnering technical and analytical experts in the regional Centers of Excellence:
Being the go-to person for understanding and engaging the Malaysia customer.
Build lifecycle marketing journeys around key customer segments in order to grow customer value via retention and increased purchase frequency.
Working with and influencing the broader e-comm and marketing team to ensure that campaign plans, content and segmentations are data-driven and aimed at achieving customer-centric results.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to shape local initiatives and enhance Malaysia customer insights.
Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery of best-in-class loyalty experiences and rewards both in-store and across our online platforms.
Be the advocate to drive adoption and evolution of automation and personalization across marketing channels.

We would love to hear from you if…
You are proficient in SQL and relational database
You have working knowledge of digital marketing technologies - experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be an added advantage.
You have strong commercial acumen, preferably with retail and e-commerce experience
You have the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity for stakeholders at all levels
You strong presentation and consulting skills
You are enthusiastic and keen to learn, with a passion for self-development
You have problem solving skills + creativity
You enjoy working with others and getting involved in across a range of projects & challenges
You have a good sense of humor and the ability to stay calm in a storm
