Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Automation Project Manager located in Prai, Penang. What a typical day looks like: Project ManagementConsolidate & Report of automation site maturity data and further automation opportunities.Reconcile site automation maturity data against internal dashboards and present to senior leadership.Develop & manage timeline and milestones for the areas of process optimization, simulation, and automation in strategic sites.Resource planning for regional cross functional teams to ensure success in achieving project deliverables. Manage timelines and milestones for regional automation deployments in conjunction with site deployment team.Identify and assess project risk and create mitigation plans.Communicate project status on a periodic basis to regional and corporate stakeholders.Lead project update meetings with regional and site teams. Supply ChainCreate & Maintain Supplier demand plan to expedite deployment of automation solutions.Monitor & Measure Supplier quality (delivery, implementation, testing, etc.) of automation equipment according to site SOW & global supplier agreement.Collaborate with Indirect Procurement to provide supplier insights to ensure proper compliance to supplier agreement.Manage & Report regional site readiness capability of manufacturing internal automation solutions. Provide forecast of supply & demand for automation solutions to identify risks of missing deployment targets.Reporting and AnalyticsMonitor & update the financial forecast of productivity savings for designated region to provide visibility into meeting fiscal year financial targets.Report on aging of project phases, effectiveness KPI's, comparison of before and after data, and trend analysis.Analyze automation trends to deliver insights for prioritization of resources and provide data driven decisions.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.High proficiency in English and Hungarian.Ability to work with internal teams as well as external customers.Willingness to travel across Europe (mainly Hungary, Romania, Austria, Poland, Czechia, approx. once a month).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a compete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.Power of successfully influence senior level management, executives, and key clients.Strong negotiation skills.Talent to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.Skill to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management.What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical benefits, dental, visionLife InsurancePaid Time OffAllowances & Bonuses*NB09NB87Job CategoryOperationsRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
