About the role

This is a full-time Customer Care Officer position located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor .As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling all incoming inquiries, complaints and requests to provide an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing Respond to customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous mannerTroubleshoot customer issues and offer solutions to resolve problems efficientlyMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutionsProactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experienceContribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are metWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service softwarePassionate about delivering exceptional customer experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhat we offer
