**Responsibilities**:- Provide patient education ie. consultation- Provide patient care ie. attend to patients' needs/requests- Perform selective eye tests (eg. instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by CM/Doctor Patient registration & appointment scheduling- Obtain patient feedback/testimonial Manage patient complaints Conduct patient survey Administrative work- Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up notes, etc. Patient follow-up- Patient insurance claim Surgery planning & scheduling Statistics and Reports- Housekeeping of certain work areas assigned by CM Other Roles Assignment- Counter- Opto Assistant Doctor Assistant Surgery Coordinator OT Assistant- Customer Care Admin (CCA backup/support)**Requirements**:- Degree/Diploma in any discipline- 2-3 years customer service experience- Able to communicate and write fluently in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Customer service: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
