Responsibilities

To act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customer complaints effectively and professionally
To provide feedback and monitor the progress/status of customer complaints cases
To ensure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, neat and tidy

To be responsible in decorating the outlets on any festive/promotion events
To handle customer’s appointment
To assist superior in providing excellent customer service
To be responsible for refreshments arrangement and to ensure refreshment are always available
Prepare weekly and monthly report
Administration and ad hoc matter

Requirements

Possess a Degree in Marketing/Business Admin/Mass Communication or other related field
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Tactful, organized and able to multitask
Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Proactive and assertive
Able to work overtime or during weekend (if required)
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
