Job Description Key Responsibilities Assisting incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers? expectations.
To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
Proactively identify services and procedural which require improvement and make recommendations to the team leader in order to achieve team efficiency.
Perform cross selling & education on company products & services
Able to work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by team leader or direct superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Good business speaking English is pre-requisite. Able to converse in Mandarin would be added advantage
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Good leadership qualities with supervisory experience.
Portrait excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Capable to coordinate across functions and groups.
Based in Melaka
