Attend to incoming call, correspondences and live chat- Assist customer on their enquiry about company product- Handle customer with care and professionally- Handle customer complaint and assist to resolve their issue**Requirement**:- Fresh degree are welcome to apply, OR- Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant working experience, OR- STPM with 2 years of relevant experience, or- SPM with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience- Good customer handling skills, patient and helpful- Able to communicate well in English and BM- Ability to convey in Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialects will be added advantages- With experience in customer service or call center will be added advantageous- Assist customer on their enquiry about company product- Handle customer with care and professionally- Handle customer complaint and assist to resolve their issues**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
