YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: ? Handle order management requests received from multiple Brands and customers ensuring timely and accurate response in Korean language ? Input sample, marketing and regular sales orders into ERP and validate against original request ? Manage sales documents cancellation and amendment obtaining and storing the necessary approvals for audit purposes ? Review and adjust order prices and discounts according to the latest pricelists prior to orders being shipped ? Execute stock allocation and transfer amongst various customers and locations ? Generate outbound deliveries in ERP upon request of Wholesale business partners ? Support with routine data extraction and distribution to Customer Service stakeholders ? Input return orders and adjust discrepancies against stock received ? Raise manual credit and debit memos ? Handle defective returns and claims ? Produce and distribute commercial, customs and shipping documents in line with country requirements ? Track and monitor order fulfilment and delivery ? Ensure Partner Operations Analysts are aware of significant changes in orders, shipments, returns, that can impact the achievement of monthly targets or the customer experience WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: ? Diploma or above ? Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Korean at native level equivalent ? Previous Customer Service experience is a plus ? SAP knowledge is a plus ? High learning agility ? Good organisational skills ? Ability to plan and prioritise effectively ? Positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills ? Customer focus and ability to build partnership with internal and external stakeholders
