Customer Relation Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesManage client projects.
Ensure client projects are completed before their expiration date.
Maintain stable communication with clients.
Provide clients with information on the status of the ongoing project and on any delays (every week).
Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation to the appropriate government institutions.
Manage and track application submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all areas relevant to the client's project, including conducting necessary negotiations with relevant government institutions.
Document translation from Indonesian to English (with the standard translation provided).
